A refugee is defined as an alien unwilling to return to his or her country of origin "because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion." Id. To establish eligibility on the basis of a "well-founded fear of persecution," the alien's fear of persecution must be both subjectively genuine and objectively reasonable.
As we all know ,there are so many refugees in our society nowadays and most of them are mainly in Africa, Asia, some places in America. what’s worse, it seems that the condition cannot be improved within a short time. Besides, although people’s life now is much better than before, there is still a great member of people who are suffering danger of starving to death. All this problems are waiting for being solved, in order to make the situation more satisfying.
In my opinion, the biggest danger in the world might be the effect of the war. The result of the wars will lead to sorrows of people without doubt. So we should protect peace of our world and stop wars breaking out again. Let’s come up and work together to make our world a peaceful paradise, and only in this way can we get rid of problems of the refugees forever.
